You will make five
stops on your fitness adventure as
you try to climb to the top of the mountain peak.
The adventure stops will help you learn more about cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength and muscle endurance, flexibilty, and nutrition which are all needed to stay physically fit.
Items needed to take on your adventure:
*hiking boots
*backpack
*pencil
*water
You must start your
climb from the bottom of the
mountain
beginning with Adventure Stop
#1.
At the end of each stop, while resting, you will have written tasks to do.
Once you have completed the tasks you
will put them in your backpack and
then you will be ready to continue your climb
up the mountain to Adventure Stop #2,
#3, #4, and #5.
Remember to take your time because climbing a mountain is no easy task. Put on your hiking boots and backpack and click on Stop #1 when you are ready to begin your adventure!
